Offers Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is the "Yoga of Sound". Using mantra (specific syllables), we become one with the vibration of the syllable or string of syllables. Sound is used in accordance with sequenced movement called kriyas, hand positions, and various breathing techniques, and eye focus. Kundalini yoga works to expand awareness. It is designed to give direct experience of one's consciousness. In each class or session, humor is used to support opening beyond limitations to greater understanding and awareness. Benefits include:
