HOW IT WORKS While you are in a deep state of relaxation--yet still conscious and aware--I will repeat your own words back to you about why you say you want to live a healthier lifestyle or be free from the fear of flying or taking an exam. I will also ask you to visualize yourself living a newly empowered life. This will strengthen the impact of what YOU (the sensible, rational, educated, mature part) want to change about your fears and habits.
SESSIONS You may resolve some issues as quickly as one session, some issues will take 4 or more sessions. Our Stop Smoking program takes only 2 short sessions. The Weight Loss program is typically at least 8 weekly sessions. Most appointments last 1 hour @ $65/session. Credit card payments are accepted through PayPal.

For the past 24 years, Victoria has had a private practice in Spiritual Direction and Energy Medicine, offering both unique and time honored techniques for spiritual, physical and emotional healing. She holds a Certificate in Brain Nutrition Counseling and has been certified in hypnotherapy by the Hypnosis Motivation Institute. Each of the 8 sessions has a unique focus, with handouts and weight loss tools, such as a pedometer. In Phase One, the emphasis is on developing a healthier eating schedule, making healthier choices and reinforcing your motivation and reasons to lose weight. Phase Two emphasizes eating only for hunger, increasing activity and making yourself a priority. Phase Three continues to tweak your eating and exercise plan, ensures sound sleep, and reinforces your desire to maintain your new healthy, happy, balanced lifestyle.
Weeks before arriving at their target weight, clients report feeling “more excited about life,” that “things are finally starting to move,” or “I’m already feeling different about myself when I wake up in the morning!” Call for an appointment to start creating your own successful fulfilling lifestyle.
